The heart behind Crushed Silk.

Crushed Silk began with something very close to my heart — a love for South Asian fashion and the way a beautiful outfit can make a woman feel.
For me, getting dressed has never been just about clothes. It’s about that little moment when you look in the mirror and feel beautiful. It’s the excitement of finding something that feels like it was made for you, the compliments from loved ones, the memories created at weddings and celebrations, and those special moments that stay with you forever.
But I also felt there was room for something different.
I wanted to create a fashion experience that felt beautiful, modern, welcoming and personal — a place where women could discover South Asian fashion without feeling that it was only for a particular age, body shape or occasion.
And so, Crushed Silk was born.
Every piece is chosen with love, with the belief that fashion should make you feel confident, feminine and completely yourself. Whether you're searching for your next wedding outfit, something beautiful for a celebration, a statement piece for a party, or simply something that makes you feel special — I want Crushed Silk to be that place you come back to.
My dream is to build more than a fashion brand. I want to create a community where women feel inspired, celebrated and confident in their own style.
