Subscription Policy


Our Subscription Package delivers handpicked South Asian clothing items directly to your doorstep every [monthly/quarterly] cycle. Each package includes: 4 of items such as:

1 Curated South Asian Suit

1 Set of Payals

1 Scrunchie or Hair accessory

1 Beautiful Bindi Pack.

Accessories are carefully curated to match your style preferences.


Delivery & Shipping

Shipping Schedule: Subscription packages are shipped within the first week of each subscription cycle or when ordered.

Delivery Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping Locations: Currently, we don’t ship to the USA.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your package is dispatched.

 

3. Refunds & Returns

No Refunds on Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Item Issues: If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Size Issues: We do not offer refunds for sizing issues. Please refer to our sizing chart before subscribing or contact support for guidance.

Returnable Items: Due to the curated nature of the package, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation Policy: You probably wont want to as you will love receiving your outfits every month. But! if however you do decide you may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

Pausing Subscription: Need a break? You can pause your subscription as and when you need to.

Changes to Preferences: You can update your style or sizing preferences anytime before the next billing cycle from your account settings.

 

5. Billing

Recurring Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 3 days. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused.
